That seems like a lot of pills at one time!. If you read the instructions it says to start with 1 and build up to it!. Make sure you drink water!. And if you took it on an empty stomach eat some food!.!.!.
Make sure you also you read the warning label!. Hydroxycut contains lots of caffeine!. If you feel that way you should not take it again!.

Did you take 4 at once!? If so , make yourself vomit and go to the emergency room and get a saline bag, it will flush your blood and help dilute the drugs still in your system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
