Hi, this page is called "Eliminate Belly Fat" and will have some diet and exercise tips that can help you!. The exercise link also has great butt exercises!. These belly and butt exercises that you'll see can be done at home, without special equipment!. I would suggest doing them daily, working up to 2-3 sets of 25 reps!. It shouldn't take more than about 15 minutes a day!. In addition, you'll see that cardio is very helpful for both of those areas!. That should be 5-6 times per week for 30 min!. minimum for optimal results!. You'll have to be patient--it will be at least a month before you see visible results!.!.!.good luck!

sit ups, as much as possible, they buff up your tummy and

you could also do these weird push up thingies wherre you are in a rigid body position in the "up" position!. Instead of holding with your right hand ,swittch to your elbow!. then left arm, and then go back to hand, then back to elbow!.

Its what I am required to do to get a decent gym gradeWww@Answer-Health@Com
