What causes/how do I get rid off jelly legs?!


Question: What causes/how do I get rid off jelly legs!?
Y'know, the feeling in your legs when they feel like jelly and it kinda hurts to walk!. I seem to have that quite often now and I don't know why!.

I run typically twice a week and have been for the past few months, and I haven't really changed anything in my schedule!. It just seems constant, and when I do run it sucks!.!.!.plus!. the day after is even worse!.
Anyone know why/how to get rid of them!?

I also read somewhere that it had something to do with masturbation!.!.that true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it starts after you run its because you don't warm up, cool down, or stretch, i had this problem for a while and when i started stretching it seemed to go away, hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
