Will i loose weight with this?!


Question: Will i loose weight with this!?
I run about 7 miles on a treadmill at 7mph (Wich i increase throughout my run till i reach 8 mph near the end) 3 times a week!. On days I don't run i have ballet class for and hour and a half on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday (with some rehearsals after class on Saturday)!. On Sunday If im not hung over from a party or anything i'll run 7!.5 miles to the market under 60 minutes usually!.

Brekfast: Reduced sugar Oatmeal with 1 cup of special k on top

3:00 Then I have a small protein smoothie that's made with non fat milk and strawberries w/ bannans in it!. before my work outs

Dinner: Usually a turkey sandwich or turkey cranberry wrap and a salad then for desert i have some fat free frozen yogurt

yes!. you'll definitely lose weight!. but be careful, I'm an athlete (Basketball Player) and i know what this is about, if you don't eat enough you are going to get fatigued and sore really easily!. I tried eating a lot less than i normally do in order to lose weight and i passed out during a workout!. Just eat the right things and the right amounts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

heres the deal, you have to burn more calories then you eat!. i don't know how much calories you burn in your workouts since i don't really know the intensity but as long as you burn more calories then you consume you should lose weight!. as a guideline an average person burns about 1400 a day in body heat and a ten mile run is about 800 to 900 calories!. so as long as you burn more calories then you consume you will lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why do people worry about their weight!? Its actually a proven fact that the more you worry about how much you weigh; the more you will gain!. And the more diet stuff you drink and the more "less fattening foods" you eat the more you will gain!. Eat what you want!! Thats what I do and I weigh 105!. I'm actually under weight for my age!.!. Just make sure you're not overextending yourself!. It's good to give your body a rest sometimes!. Also!.!.!. "if I'm not hung over on Sunday"!? Maybe you want to consider not drinking so much alcohol!. Cutting back will also help you towards your weight loss goals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say um YEAH! Sounds like you are very healthy and know what to do to lose weight!. If you are a ballet dancer though, I gotta believe that you can't be that overweight, and you might just be working to maintain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your going the right way, the only thing I see lacking here is eating at least 5 times a day!.!.Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Dinner, and then a light snack!. That way you can keep your metabolism going!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you most probably will!. Make sure you aren't starving yourself though, because that meal plan doesn't sound too filling!. Tip: eating before 7:00 always helps!. (this is based on a person who sleeps at 9:00) good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
