Question: NEED SOME HELP PLEASE!!!!?
Ok,

I'm 14, 5 foot 5" and I weigh 58 kg!.

I know that I am in the middle of the "healthy range" on the B!.M!.I!. chart but I would still like to be a bit smaller [but still healthy]!.

These are the steps I am taking do you think that they will work!? I want to get down to around 52 kg!.

30 Min's of Palates every day!.
3 balanced proportionate meals a day!.
Fruit for snacks!.

Is there anything else that would help me achieve my goals!?

Actually, if you eat 4-6 smaller portioned meals every 2-3 hours it boosts your metabolism so it will make you lose weight faster!.

Pilates is great for toning and losing inches - it might even drop you down a clothes size or two, but it wont neccasarily make you lose 'weight'!.

To do that along with the healthy eating you need to do cardiovascular exercises - tae bo, aerobics, running, jogging, fast walking, jumping, etc - anything that gets the heartbeat up!. Try to include 45 mins cardio into your day!. It will make a huge difference!. Along with doing the pilates classes too!. You can even join a sport if you want! Be as actvie as you can, and eat as healthy as you can!. If you stick to this you will definantly reach your goal soon :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

An average size is not size 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9!. You don't want to be skinny skinny or over weight!. What you are doing is fine just add an extra 30 mins!. after eating supper!Www@Answer-Health@Com
