Question: I have an abs question!!!!!!?
i am in the army i am 6ft 245lbs with 18% bodyfat but my stomach cant seen to tighten up all i do is run and do situps any suggestions that work fast!? im taking my wife on a cruise for our 3yr anniversary as a surprise and want to look better than i did when we first metWww@Answer-Health@Com

You might know that you cannot spot reduce but along with your ab workout, workout out your entire back as well as your glutes!. You also need to follow a good diet!. try this workout, since you are in the army then you are probably in good shape and this will just help tone muscles to help burn more fat!. the reason behind doing the other exercises is that your stomach and back are like a girdle that wraps around your midsection!. it doesn't help to workout out one side of it but to workout both sides and everything in the surrounding areas so that you have all of this muscles pulling and tightening as well!. A secret to getting your stomach to look flatter is to work out your lats!. the wider they are the more they pull from your midsection as well!. hope this works out for you and if you have any other questions please feel free to email me and ask me!. here is your workout plan!.


these can very easily be done 2-3 times a day along with cardio to help tone,strengthen and to burn fat faster!. good luck!.

do all of these for 60 seconds for 1 set and 5 minute warm up stretch and 5 minute cool down stretch with a 30 second rest in between!. and you should stay tone and muscular while helping to burn fat!. They are separated into 3 days!. then do some cardio in between those and make sure to get plenty of rest and eat plenty of protein and carbs!. You need to cut all the sugars and lower your carb input!. To cut my weight and builds muscle!. By meals are usally spread out through the day!.

Breakfast:
I usually eat a cereal or oatmeal with a banana in the morning!. You can mix and match to whatever you want of course!. Fruits with yogurt is also good!.

Lunch: potatoes and a protein like steak or chicken tuna and a sandwich will also work!. turkey sandwich!. salads with chicken watch the dressing!.

Dinner is usually a protein rich meal for my muscle recovery the next morning so i just cook chicken again with some vegetables so i can get some nutrients for my recovery!.

Power bars before workout for maxium energy for better more efficient workouts!.Drink lots of water cut out everything else sorry but to get what you want you gotta cut out all the sugars and fats!.

Snack on power bars and protein shakes!. to make even balanced meals throughout the day!.

I use a george foremen grill for all my chicken it works great and it really does taste better and is good for you!.

Once your muscle starts to dense and tighten up it will incinerate your fat within a 4-5 weeks if you continue your excerisce regimen!.

You need to do full body workouts like weight training or atleast resistance training and lots of cardio!.

Honestly, I don't know which way you want to take!. If you prefer a more cardio/resistance workout or muscle building/cardio!.

Either way its going to work if you do it right!.

Post workout 30-an hour your body needs SUGARS and protein after to restore the energy in the muscles and to repair them!.
