Why is it so hard for me to lose some weight?!


Question: Why is it so hard for me to lose some weight!?
im 29 i live a active life i do taekwondo i walk my dogs walk my son to school i eat 3 meals (brekki lunch and dinner) i eat fruit/raw veg through the day and i also drink plenty of water but i can not lose any of my weight if anything i feel like im forever putting weight on, i have tried weight watchers i have tried herbal remedies i have had my blood taken to check if there is any underlying problems (and there is not) an at my whits end now and is getting really fed up now!!! i have been advised that i need to lose weight as me and my hubby are tyring for a baby (i had 1 tube removed and have been trying to conceive for 2 years now) and its getting me upset to the point of im thinking that my husband would be better of with out me!.

please calm down!!! nothing impossible!!! in fact, there are several factors that make you fat: diet ,lifestyle, mental and feeling, hormone and genetics!.
diet: have a healthy and light breakfast is very important!. example, one glass of skimmed milk + one apple+2 slice of bread!. try to reduce the fat intake , increase fibre intake!. fibre will make you feel full!. check your meal portion!. choose the low sugar fruit!. lastly, throw away all junk food!.
lifestyle: keep active and do some aerobic exercises about one hour, few times per week!. don't be frustrated and overdo it!!!
mental and feelings: keep happy and optimistic!. don't give up!. don't be angry!. angry will hurt your body!.
hormone and genetics, i'm not able to talk more!.!.!.!.sorry!.!.!.
LASTLY, PLEASE CONSULT A NUTRITIONIST OR REGISTERED DIETITIAN!. THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU A GOOD AND EFFECTIVE PLAN!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's just your body type :) But try something new!. Run, swim!. Eat correct meals!. Sleep!. Don't stress out!. Relax!. There are million ways to lose weight!.
Start with some diet!.
Go to gym, or run in the mornings!.
DON'T GET UPSET!. Think positive and stick to your goals!. Motivation is very important thing in training and reaching goals!.

Avoid sugar intake much as possible!.
Avoid fat and oily foods and junk food!.
Do not fill up your stomach more than 75% of the requirement!.
Go to bed early and wake up early!.
Walk fast in the morning so that you sweat a lot!.
Do swimming during summers!.
Avoid sleeping during the day time!.
Doing exercise once in a day is sufficient but you should not feel tired after doing the exercise,so it is good to do it in phases!.

start with a small target of 1 kg a month or so build on the little success!. try GM (general motors) diet, it can break the platue u may have hit!. chane your routine especially the exercise the body gets used to of the routine!. try power yoga it is very effective i have heard from friends though haven't tried!. and dont give up easier said than done!.

you might have an overactive thyroid if your quite over weight!.

if your honestly sticking to a healthy diet and cannot lose weight you must go and see you GP, you might just be diagnosed with this condition!.

All you can do by the sound of it is eat smaller portions - start jogging with your dogs rather than walking!.

all that exercise is really good it's probably cause you eat to much try to eat jusy steamed vegies and fruit salad for about a month and you'll see some real improveingWww@Answer-Health@Com

If blood work has excluded conditions like an under-active thyroid gland, then it simply means you are not getting the balance right!. Weight loss is a simple input and output balance, if you eat more calories in a day than your body burns up, you will gain weight!.

To lose weight, you need to sensibly reduce your calorie intake (maybe even further) and do daily vigorous exercise!. Less in, more out!. There are no tricks!. Herbal remedies, pills and patches do not work by the way!. Don't waste your money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
