I have weight problems!?!


Question: I have weight problems!!?
I'm 13 and weigh 5stone something i am really skinny and I am getting paranoid and depressed about it!. People think im annorexic!. I eat like a pig so I can't understand it!

Can anyone give me advise on why im so skinny and give me some advice on how I could put some weight on!

To gain weight:

Drink milkshakes at every meal!. Those will really help you gain weight!. Eating ice cream, peanut butter, breads, pastas, and bagels will help!. Just eat more than you normally would, but not to the point where you feel sick!. Weight gaining shakes will probably be the most effective; these include Ensure and Boost!. You can drink these as many times a day as you want to!. I've heard the "Boost smoothies" line tastes good!. Good luck!.

* Add cheese, nuts and dressings made with olive, walnut or canola oil to salads!.
* Eat starchy vegetables such as potatoes and corn more often!.

You're so skinny because of your age!. Young people have much faster metabolisms, so you will gain weight gradually as you get older!. There is nothing wrong with you, you just have a very high Metabolism which is nothing to be worried about!. This should start to calm down when you get a little older!. Be grateful for your figure!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
