it depends on if you want to loose weight or just be healthy, but pigging out on the weekends isn't the best idea for either!. i would suggest eating healthy everyday because then it will become a habit!. And one day of the week you can have a dessert or something sweet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's definitely better than eating whatever you want all week!. Try eating healthy all week but on saturdays and sundays treat yourself to frozen yogurt at the end of the day!. This way you get something sweet but it's at least a little healthy!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
