Question: Loosing weight!.!.(20 characters) !?
Well, since halloween just ended, i look bigger and probably gained weight!.
So now, i was wondering!.
How many calories do you have to burn each day to loose a significant amount of weight!? I don't really eat much in a day!.!.
I couldn't tell you precisely then number of calories but it's not even close to as much as i should!.
I have a treadmil, so i'll use that!. So how long do i have to walk/run for in order to burn a significant amount of calories too loose weight!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should walk or run on your treadmill for good 20 minutes every day!. There are 3,500 in a pound I believe - if not don't everybody get excited and give me a thumbs down!.
But a mininum of 20 mins at a fast past - aerobic type or running at a small jog!.

multiply your weigh by 11 and then subtract it by 500 and thats how much calories you'll need to lose weight!. do cardio 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes and strength trainig or yoga 3 days a week and drink lots of water no soda or unhealthy juice and you'll see great results within a month!.but honestly i think you feel really big b/c your probably bloated or about to get your monthly cycleWww@Answer-Health@Com
If you haven't exercised in a while I would start off slow with like 15 minutes!. Work your way up to a half hour!.
