You cannot only diet and lose weight
Do some exercise 5 times a week on top of what you currently do and dont diet
eat healthy as you are quite short and i guess you want some extra height
look at models daily and say hey i want to be just like herWww@Answer-Health@Com

For most people, losing weight isn't really the tricky part but keeping it off is!.

I know!. I struggled for many, many years with my weight!. Yes, whilst I managed to lose considerable amounts with dieting!. Unfortunately, as soon as I returned to my normal eating habits and activity levels!. All the weight would pile back on again!.

This is a problem with quick-fix diets!. They don't help you make the changes that you can maintain the long term!.

So I came to the conclusion that I would change my lifestyle!. This was by way of eating a healthy balanced diet and taking regular exercise!.

The results were absolutely amazing!. I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months!. That was two and a half years ago!. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease!.

This is how I do it!.

Continue to eat a balanced, low fat diet of:-
Lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, low fat dairy products, skimmed milk, sugar free beverages, non sugary cereals!.

I include more wholefoods into my diet!. Such as brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, beans & pulses!. These are full of fiber and will keep you feeling fuller for longer!.

Don't avoid any foods!. But I do watch my portion sizes and LIMIT certain foods!.

Have three regular meals a day!. ALWAYS starting with breakfast, and fewer snacks!.

Eat out occasionally and make healthy choices!.

I DO LIMIT JUNK FOODS!. Junk foods is just what it says - JUNK!. With one added ingredient in - FAT!.

Sit down to eat my meals and take time over them!. Paying attention to what I am eating!.

MOVE as MUCH as I CAN!. EXERCISE will really help to accelerate your weight loss!. This is just what I did!. I took up runnning!. Obviously I had to start off very slowly!. But now I run on a regular basis!. I am hoping to run my first marathon in the New Year!.

Getting physical activty is one of the strongest indicators of long - term success!. Not only does it burn calories and increase metabolism-boosting muscle!. It also boosts self esteem and beats stress!.

Exercise is beneficial regardless of your diet!. However, 80% of your physique is a result of what you eat!. 20% is exercise!.

Keep self-monitoring to say concious of my new eating habits and activity levels!.

But one thing you have to remember!. If, once you reach your realistic target weight!. If you go back to your old eating habits and activity levels!. You WILL put the weight back on again!. It is a simple as that!.

You have a life to live and enjoy!. So hang on the satisfaction of being a comfortable, healthy weight you can sustain!.

Good Luck!.

Diets are very tricky and they work differently for everyone!. Exercise and eating healthy are key! Speaking from years of experience, I find that if you are aware of what you are putting into you body and a good exercise routine is the best way to go!.
The KEY to losing weight and keeping it off is to be patient!. Regardless of what anyone says, it does not happen overnight, if it does your bound to gain it right back and then some!. The best and healthiest way to lose it is slow and steady!.
For food here is a really good link that has information that is key for understanding everyday foods that we eat : http://www!.newtrendspublishing!.com/Sally!.!.!.

My best advice on exercise is do what you enjoy, so you want to stick with it!. Always push yourself once your routine starts to get easy, but if it starts to hurt take it easy!. And any trainer will tell you that switching it up will benefit your workout and weight loss!.
You mentioned something about break-ups!.!.!. Stress has a huge impact on your weight levels, some yoga or meditation really helps keep those stress levels down!

Best of Luck!

First of all, diets don't work!. Only changing your relationship with food, establishing healthy habits, and exercise help!. By yo-yo'ing you are messing with your metabolism, and starving yourself is just as dangerous and overeating, as your body goes into starvation mode for self-preservation!. Slow down, think about what you eat, write it down so you really know what you are eating!. Pay attention to what makes you crave chocolate and work on that behavior!. And exercise!.!.!.!.a min!. of 2-1/2 hours a week, break it down it isn't that hard over the course of seven days to eek out the time!. Give yourself a break when you "fail" and pick yourself up and start over again!. Eventually you will achieve your goals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You havent found the right combination of nutrition and exercise!. You need to engage in a program that spells everything out for you including various styles of exercise, a schedule to follow, a nutrition that fuels your workouts so you get more out of your workouts, and keeps you motivated!. That kind of structure will make all of the difference in the world!. It did for me!. In my opinion you are wasting hundreds of dollars every year with a gym membership!. If you are frustrated with your results then you have indeed wasted hundreds!. Contact me if you wish I probably won't see this post again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
