Question: I need to gain 10-15 pounds /10 points!?
Hi everybody i want to gain weight about 10 pounds because im 12 years old and im 66 pounds! Please tell me some foods i can eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat lots of protein and fatty foods!. eat a lot of meat, whole milk, and stuff like that!. and stay away from energy drinks and caffeine, it will make you lose weight by suppressing your appetite and taking water out of your body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
