I ran 3 miles today and am not really that sore but I know I will feel it tomorrow!.
The burn makes you feel like you accomplished something, and makes you want to do it more!.

but it really helps your heart work!
including it helps your mucsles and stuff!.
But mainly makes your heart work faster which it needs to be healthy!\
