Question: How can I effectively lose weight and become muscular without having thick thighs!?
Hi, my name is Sasha and I am 13 years old!. I am 5'2" and weigh a whopping 114!.6 pounds and have a 28% percent body fat!!! How can I lose weight, get strong, and still have small thighs (They are HUGE now)!? I go to swim team for a hour and a half every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but that seems to do nothing!!! Please help!! Give me any suggestions:
-How should I exercise
-How long
-What should my daily diet consist of
-Anything else I should know

Try this

Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole grain toast and a banana
Lunch: oatmeal and and apple [oatmeal is so filling]
Dinner: salad and fruit
Snack: pickles [they are the best to help when craving salty stuff]

Skip rope for about 10 minuets run for 15 mins and do 30 crunches everyday increase when this gets too easy [you can do crunches while watching TV or something]
