I don't know if walking to and from school everyday and 5 minutes of stretches and sit ups are considered exercising but I'm 5 3" and 115 lbs at 13yrs!. I'm not happy with my body!. I want to be flatter, tighter and for my boobs(34c) to be smaller and my waist to be thinner!. As for my day's meal plan!.!.!.!.!.

Breakfast - steamed milk and 1/4 of a bagel with nutella
Lunch- school lunch
Snack - apples(fruit of some kind)/chips/pastry
Dinner- rice/starch and a variety of dishes varying from meats to vegetables

Based on my meal, I should be pretty healthy but I pig out too much when I'm outside of my house and I don't exercise much!.

120, eh I wish to lose about 10-15 lbs!. I don't eat breakfast, for lunch I have a sandwich or something like that with milk and apple juice!. A cookie sometimes!. I will eat grapes or some fruit for a snack!. For dinner I will have something like pasta with milk, water, or a wild cherry pepsi!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i ALOT!.!.!.favorite breakfast 2 plates of porkfried rice with boneless ribs on top ehh lunch is watever i can find mostly leftovers so like meat of some sort or pasta and dinner is pasta i like pasta
