I find that keeping a daily diary of what I eat definitely helps!. That way, I can look back on the day and see where I did well and where I went wrong!. Also, get rid of all the unhealthy food from your house!. This really helps, because you only have healthy food available to choose from!. Following a regular exercise routine is also very motivating in the fight against junk food!. And remember to always be focused on eating healthy rather than dieting!. This way you will be able to lose an appropriate amount of weight without compromising your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just dont buy foods that are fattening by healthy foods that way u wont be tempeted to eat the bad foods
