Answers:
depends on your current weight, but that is about an 8 or a 9!. You're doing a good job of doing smaller spread out meals and avoiding high amounts of fat intake, but you should probably avoid hydrogenated oils that are in peanut butter by going for all natural peanut butter next time!. Also, I'd avoid pancakes as they tend to be high in sugar and typically don't use whole wheat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say 7Www@Answer-Health@Com

ill say bout 7 1/2 u eat pretty good and plus the day aint over Www@Answer-Health@Com

7/10
-dont try to be healthy by eating health cereal, health corn oil (canola is healthier), and equal!.
-instead of jif peanut butter, try something a bit more natural!. it may have more calories, but nut-oil is better than added fat
-you need more calcium!. a bit of milk in a pancake and a glass of milk is not quite enough!. try yogurt, cheese, and broccoli (yes broccolli) for a needed boost
other than that, awesome! depending on the amount of veggies in your salad, you could use more!.

try whole wheat products and sweet potatoes, also!.
ex- wheat thins, whole wheat bread, roasted sweet potatoes
eat the potato skin!!
did you exercise!?!? hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com
