Question: Ab question need help!!?
What are some great ab workouts, and is it possible to get a 6 pack in 3 weeks!? If so, what is a recommended diet!? I am 14 years old, 130 pounds and 5'8"

3 weeks, probably not, but it may be possible depending on where you are right now!.

At your height and weight, I would not suggest dieting!. Starting a workout routine will actually increase your appetite and you should eat accordingly!. But if you want to make sure you gain muscle instead of fat, eat smaller meals, 5 or 6 during your day, and drink lots of water!.

For ab workouts, I can list some, but I would remind you that you should work out your back just as much as you work out your abs, just like you would work out your right arm just as much as your left arm!.

Leg lifts - Lay flat on your back while holding a pole or chair to keep your shoulders to the ground!. Keeping your legs straight and toes pointed, bend at your hips until your feet point straight up!.

Candlesticks - Laying flat on your back with your feet straight up (like in the last workout) lift your butt and lower back off the ground so only your shoulders touch the floor!.

I like to combine those last 2 into one motion!.

Crunches - With your knees up and your hands behind your head, lift both your shoulders and butt off the ground to touch your knees and elbows together!.

Side crunches - Have your knees pointing directly right with your right hip on the ground!. Keep your face and shoulders straight and lift your shoulders, flexing your left abs!. Again on the other side

Obliques - Left arm, elbow to hand on the ground, elbow to shoulder going straight up and supporting your weight!. Keep your whole body straight, shoulders to feet, with only your left foot on the ground!. Bend at the hips so that your left hip almost touches the ground, then flex to make a straight line from shoulders to feet once again!. Same with other side!.
