What is the best way to get "cut"?!

Question: What is the best way to get "cut"!?
Ok, so I am a pretty thin guy, and I like that!. But I definitely need some muscle!. Keep in mind I have absolutely no desire to be bulky or huge!. I am not looking to become a bodybuilder!. I just want to get my upper body nice and lean and muscular; abs, chest, arms and shoulders!.

What can you reccomend for a workout regiment!? Free weights or will push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups do the trick!? How many times a week should I work out etc!.!.!.

Also, I haven't an ounce of fat anywhere on me if that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Life is hard for us little chested people isn't it!. I have been a tiny underweight fellow my whole life!. But, these are the jobs I have had!.
Building fence (without tractors or any other power equipment), cutting timber, roofing/general construction, farming, carpet/floor installation, industrial pressure washing and sandblasting, and other various manual occupations!. Therefore, I have always been a very strong tiny fellow!. I have never been able to attain marvelous muscular form, but that's ok!.
Do something hard enough and long enough with your body and you will gain, if not aesthetically superb, at least complimentary muscular structure!.

do strength training lower weights lots of reps!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The body type you have defines you as an ectomorph, meaning that you are pretty skinny and have very low fat levels (look up ectomorph)!. Unfortunately, it is very hard for people with your body types to put on weight and mass!. But it sounds like you don't plan on becoming massive anyway, so there is a good chance that you'll become as cut as you'd like to be!.

You're going to have to put in a lot of training hours to get the definition you want!. Do as much strength training as you can, meaning lift weights AND do push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups!. Pull-ups are especially good and give great results for your back, biceps and shoulders!.

You'll want to limit your cardio exercises, since you generally have a low body fat percentage to begin with so there's no need to burn any more fat than you already have!. Unless strengthening your cardiovascular system is one of your goals, don't do too much cardio!. But you'll want to do some form of cardio because cardio is responsible for toning up your muscles and firming them as well!.

Eating a lot is going to help you gain mass!. You could probably go a little overboard in this department because you most likely are able to eat pretty much anything you want without gaining weight or becoming fat!. Eat plenty of protein, fruits and vegetables!. Just cuz you can get away with eating whatever you want doesn't mean that you should, so to get the best results eat only the healthiest foods!. And drink a lot of water!. I'm talking about at least 2 liters a day!.

It's going to take a lot of work to gain any muscle, but like I said it wouldn't be as hard as you trying to become massively built!.

Good luck on your journey!Www@Answer-Health@Com
