Question: How to loose weight without gaining more muscle!?
Hey!.!. i was just wondering if anyone had any tips or whatever for me about looseing weight without gaining muscle!. Im 13, and about 5!.2 !? So, tall!. And last time i checked i weighed abit over 7stone!. Dunno if thats normal or whatever but i wanna be abit more thinner!. I have big calf muscles, and arm muscles!.!. Whcih i hate!. but the funny thing is, i dont do THAT much excersise!. Is there a way to get rid of muscle!? Or loose weight, without gainign anymore muscle!? You will tone your muscle groups and burn fat!.
Keep your calorie intake below 2000 a day and make sure the calories you do eat are from healthy nutritional foods and not junkfood with minimal nutritional value!.
Its hard to tell without actually seeing your arms and legs, but women tend to store fat in their legs and arms so perhaps there are a few thing layers of fat casing you to believe your legs and arms are very muscular!.

If you gain muscle you won't lose as much weight, as muscle weighs more than fat so don't expect miraculous weight loss and muscle tone!. If you want to tone up you need to increase what exercise you are doing, just a little at a time, don't over do it!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
