45-60 minutes of intense lifting per session!. I don't recall where I've heard that going beyond 60 can be detrimental!.

I read that lifting weights for more than an hour makes you lose fat!. Muscle does burn fat so lifting increases your metabolism!. Circuit training is good for bunring fat and toning up and its time efficient!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get on a good diet, work out all of your body, not just one section!. Switch it up every day!. One day do upper body, next day let your upper body rest and do lower body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
