I been have L!.A!. Fitness for years and I love them!. When I see people there men and women and they are working hard I get so motivated!. Sometimes you actually get to experience the transition of someones body and that is like a extreme buster for me!. I know the trainers are very expensive they can run about 200 bucks a week for 2 hours of training!. I actually bought a book "The Abs Diet Book" and two other one so I can educate myself to eat better and have better workouts (you don't need a trainer just will power)Www@Answer-Health@Com
