30 Day Weight Loss Advice Needed.?!


Question: 30 Day Weight Loss Advice Needed!.!?
I'm not that overweight but I'll be participating in a 30 day weight loss challenge at my work from Nov 10th to December 10th!.

I'm 6' 0" 197lbs!. I'm actually in decent shape, but I've started to get a bit of a beer gut!. (yes I know I shouldn't drink as much as I do)

So I plan to cut back A LOT on my drinking if not quit entirely for a month!. I plan to work out at least 30 minutes to an hour a day!. I'm going to stop drinking regular soda and switch to diet for a month!.

I know if I work out too much that the fat will turn into muscle (not entirely a bad thing) but I am trying to lose weight so I don't want to turn it all into muscle!.

What are some other ways to help me lose weight within 30 days!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

alright, reduce the calory intake, the daily calory intake is 2000 kcal!.
Try to speed up your metabilism by cycling, walking, jogging etc!.
