Question: Need to lose 8 pounds in 1 month!.!.!.!?
I have to lose 8 pounds in 1 month!.
I am going to run 30 min a day,have fruits for snaks and drink lots of green tea!.is this a good plan !?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use fruits such as grapes and watermelon, and eat celery sticks too!. These are supposed to use up more calories than they actually give you, resulting in "negative calories"!.
As for the tea, make sure it is freshly brewed and not that stuff you buy pre-made at the market!. That way you ensure you get all the nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would try to run more often and don't eat to much fruit due to the fact fruit is full of sugar, try to eat fruits and veggies and drink water all day and one cup of green tea because it still has caffine in it and that makes you tired and cranky!.!.!.!.

thats not too hard, about 2 pounds a week!. cut down on fatty and sugary foods, drink only water, and try gradually running longer every dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
