Alright, should I add this-please read on. recovering anorexic?!

Question: Alright, should I add this-please read on!. recovering anorexic!?
OK!.
So I am recovering from an eating disorder!. so I cannot over-due this!. any of it!. b/c I need to stay healthy

so my question is:
I really want to work on my abs!. so they get toned!. but I was wondering if I do them more often if it will do OK
this is my excersise plan:
Sunday-
15 min!. jog with Meri
45 minute walk/run with Bella
ab workout

Monday-
15 minute jog with Meri
20 minute walk with Bella
leg workout

Tuesday-
15 minute jog with Meri
45 minute walk/run with Bella
arm work-out

Wednesday-
ab workout
15 minute jog with Meri
20 minute walk with Bella

Thursday-
15 minute jog with Meri
leg work-out

Friday-
15 minute jog with Meri
arm workout
45 minute walk/jog with Bella

Saturday-
15 minute jog with Meri
rest for the rest of the day

I was wondering if I should add abs as every other day (sunday, tuesday, thursday, and friday) every day, or keep it the same as 2 days in between for my ab work

I want to tone my abs very well!. but I want it to maybe go a little quicker!.

I have my meal plan from my dietician
here it is:
breakfast:
2 starches
1 dairy
1 fruit
1 fat
lunch:
3 oz protein
1 fruit
1 veggie
2 starch
0-1 fats
snack:
1 starch
dinner:
1 veggie
2 starch
1-2 fat
3 oz protein
snack:
1 starch
1 dairy

please lmk your thoughts on this!.
my excersise plan is actually half of what I was doing before-it was really unhealthy for me

thanks!

Answers:
NO WEIGHT LOSS - your recovering, remeber!?
and talk to your dietition about this, if you are going to excersize this much, you may need to add more carbs and a little more fat, because with recovery you have to GAIN weight and strengh and energy and control, not loose it all back to your eating disorder!.
