i know its really hard if you dont have to dont, but if you are having a procedure done what i do is drink lots of ice water!. have small ice cubes so yo can munch on the ice!. if you are having a procedure ask if you can drink broth!. that has a flavor and helps with the "real food"craving!. see if you can have jello!. keep very busy, go the things you have been putting off!. and nap too!. good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't recommended fasting, but to get through a day is to drink a lot of liquids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
