Baby weight is coming off very slow?!

Question: Baby weight is coming off very slow!?
I'm 26, 5'5, large frame, 156 lbs!. I eat 1300 calories a day I weight train 6 days a week and I do cardio 3 days a week!. I've been doing this for 4 years and I've lost 30 lbs!. My weight goal is 142 lbs and it's taking forever to get to it!. I don't know why it's taking so long, before I was pregnant I was pretty thin!. When I got pregnant I was very sick for 6 months and I couldn't keep anything down and I became underweight and I had to be hospitalized!. My third trimester my nausea went away and that's when I began gaining all this weight!. After I had the baby I weighed in at 188 lbs!. I'm glad I have lost 30 lbs of it but it's taken 4 years and recently I have completely stopped losing weight!. Does anybody know why the weight is coming off so slow, and how I can speed it up just a little!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get your body confused! This means that if you usually workout at night then start working out in the morning for two weeks then switch back!. Also it is very important that you eat every three to four hours small portion meals, you need to have your metabolism burning calories all day!. also you are eating too little calories for all the weight training!. Remember that when you weight train your body is burning calories for up to 6 hours at the same rate as if you were weight training so it boosts up your metabolism for a longer period of time than if you did cardio which only boosts you metabolism for up to two hours after cardio exercises!.
With that being said i suggest you visit: www!.caloriesperhour!.com, their website has calculators that can aid you in calculating the number of calories needed to maintain or loose weight depending on your dalily physical activities!.
Also try switching your mind set, and let your goal not be to go down to 142lbs but rather your goal to feel and look healthy!. Stop the routine that youve had for four years, its not shocking your body and it has caused a plateau, instead try some yoga clases one week, or an aerobics class, go swimming, and try cutting your weight training to 3 times per week!. Trust me, your body us very smart and it knows your every move, so trick your body and try new things!. This may sound shocking but try not exercising for two days staright n then hit the gym two time in one day, your body will react tot his very well!. i bet you dont even get sore after weight training!. Good luck and watch for inches, endurance, lean muscle and a good balance nutrion, they all go hand on hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Extra weight is mostly water NOT fat!.!.so your focus should be on ridding your body of extra cellular water trapped around your cells!.

When people start a rumor it can last a life time!. You always here that the first weight you loose is water weight!.!.(so tired of hearing that) all of weight loss is water and fat mixed!. But the percentage of water is much more than that of fat when you realistically have between 20-50 pounds of body weight to lose!. That is another reason you can gain weight so fast so fast: remember water weight shakes or ripples to the touch, fat doesn't!.

So, its a delicate balance of high intense exercise(aerobic) mixed with salt free diet(or little salt as possible) and alot water intake!. After years and years of refined salt you need to really flush your kidneys of extra dangerous commercial salt!.!.notice the word commercial!.!.alot of money in salt!. Think about it everyone has salt!.!.probably not a household without it!.!.!.so!.!.!.cha ching right!?

Dont worry about calories!. Trust Me when i tell you this!.!. that is just commercial programming to get you to buy!. When you sweat for an hour or more you lose alot of minerals ie: electrolytes and of course natural salt is food that contains minerals(or suppose to) but table salt, (ex:mortan's salt) doesn't!. Here lies your problem, and trust me your not alone, many cant lose the amount of weight you have already lost!.!.!.!. (i am the author of http://www!.flat-six-pack-exercise!.com and will be adding a page on the info i am giving you now!.) Find out as much as you can on Celtic Sea salt and Simply switch and use real salt!.!.there are alot of companies that sell this salt and trust me i am not trying to promote a particular brand!.!.i have all kind of info on my site!.!.but REAL info needs to get out!.!.!.cause i have been lost for years not knowing how to lose weight and just really got sick and tired of it!.!.!.

Try your best to not eat food with refined salt(it can be done)!. Add a pinch of natural mineral charged food(unrefined salt) to your water!. Then Drink half your body's weight in Ounces of Water, more if you exercise that day, and watch the weight come off!. Again dont worry about calories or how much you eat!. If you drink alot of water you will be naturally full most of the day and you will feel so good when you add this salt to your food and water!.

I have tried everything i have shared with you!.!.and it works!.!.all of any cellulite you might have comes from refined salt, holding water in the body, shutting down the liver and kidneys over time!. So that is another benefit along with a million others!.

Our food contains more REFINED salt now than it ever has!. If you are like how i once was, maybe you've never tasted REAL Unrefined salt from the sea added to your food and water!. Never drink water without the pinch of salt added!.!.that will rob you of your minerals and cause all kinds of problems!. Any way stay posted to my site i will be adding alot of info!. Its really an Easy problem but without the truth No solution!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
