Climbing stairs at work ?!


Question: Climbing stairs at work !?
I have very little to no time for workouts during the week!. I wake up before work to take care of my grandpa and then rush to work and then rush to school!. By the time I get home I'm too tiered to work out!. I want to stay healthy and maybe loose 5-10 pounds!. I work on the 10th floor!. I have been taking the stairs (this week only 5 flights, next week 7, the week after that 10) every time I go to lunch, to get the mail, and at the end of the day!. Is this a good workout through out my day!? It feels like a workout :)

Oh and I am watching what I eat!. I eat five small meals a day!. I drink plenty of water with lemon!. Any more ideas!.

I wouldn't say that this is a GOOD workout, but it is a workout nonetheless!. I would say that you should always stay on your toes when you are walking around, it might look funny but trust me at the end of the day your calves will BURN!.

If you want a good workout, you are just going to have to find time to run or walk around your neighborhood AT LEAST!. While you are home there are many various exercises you can do!. Push ups, sit ups, etc!. MAKE TIME FOR IT, you only have one body USE IT!.

Also, eating small meals doesn't mean you are eating right!. If you are eating 5 small HEALTHY meals, then good; but, if they are bad foods then you need to replace those with fruits, proteins, etc!.

Stairs is one of the greatest workouts invented! Any exercise containing a cardio workout helps you lose weight and keeps your heart healthy!. There are other small changes you could do during the day to help you out!. For example, parking farther from the door than you usually do!. If you walk somewhere you could take the longer way!. Things like that!. It might take time but it will all be worth it in the end!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its better than nothing!. I usually take the stairs especially when I don't workout lol it does feel like a workout!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
