Any suggestions for a good (effective) exercise routine?!


Question: Any suggestions for a good (effective) exercise routine!?
I'm planning to jog about 3 to 4 times a week, I'm not trying to lose too much weight, in fact I don't mind if I don't lose any at all, I like my body type and I want it to stay the same (I'm a pear shape)!.
I'd like some suggestions on how to tone my legs (which are probably the most fatty part of my body)!. I don't like weights on my legs/ankles because I have trouble with my core area (stomach, abdomen, butt) due to health problems, so I'm looking for exercises that are more strenuous on the legs directly and easy on these areas!.

EVEN THOUGH jogging is good for you, what you really want to do, if you want to tone your legs really well is throw some sprinting in there as well!. Find a near by school or somewhere where there is a track you can run on!. Jog a lap or two and then once your ready, start printing the straight aways and jog the bends!.

"Running intervals, or sprints with intermittent rest periods, burns three times as much fat as running at slow, consistent speeds," according to new research from the University of New South Wales, in Australia!.

This will help with toning your legs and burning a little bit of fat you night have around there!.

Go to the gym and try some machines and see what you like!. After a while you just teach yourself!. The key is to say with it long enough so that you feel like you enjoy going to the gym!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

do like simple yoga or pilates videos!. it helps lose weight, keeps u healthy and tones ur body!. pilates is good cause it focuses mostly in the bottom half!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

run!. work up to about an hour of running on the days you want to do your jogging!. at first, don't be alarmed if you have gained some weight!. fat weighs more than your muscle, but your muscles are highly metabolic, so you will actually lose some muscle first before your body realizes you need the muscle!. after a little while, your body will start losing the fat!.
furthermore, trainers and other exercise peeps say core work you can do everyday, and depending on how bad you want it, you could do it everyday!.
lifting - go for muscular endurance rather than muscular strength!. this means lift lighter weight for more reps (8-12) and about 3 sets!. you can do this 4 days a week, but i'm not sure i would go more than that!. this will tone you up, because you won't necessarily be gaining muscle, but you will be burning the extra stuff!.
