How many laps of the stairs....?!


Question: How many laps of the stairs!.!.!.!.!?
would u consider to be a decent amount of exercise!?

i began weight watchers but i have piged out this week and need to start exercising!. i dont have money for exspensive gym memberships or equipment and its way 2 cold in england to go jogging so i was thinking maybe a few runs up and down the stairs may help!.

how many times would u do this!?

(my job is very innactive also) im also trying for a child so would like to be in the best shape possible!.

Do sit ups!. As many as you can do, then add one each day!. When you reach 100 a day keep it at that!.
Then when a party or something crops up and you been pigging out!. You can do the sit ups and have a flat tummy in 4 daysWww@Answer-Health@Com

A decent amount of exercise is exercising until you start to feel it in your muscles, at that point stop and do it again the next day or a few hours later if you are keen, over the course of a few weeks, your body will be able to handle more!.

The danger with starting an exercise program is getting to the point where you feel it in your muscles but you keep going to push yourself, all this does is make your muscles hurt for days after and stops you exercising at all!. Keep it steady and work your way up don't burn yourself out in one day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need a program that will help you to lose weight (not a diet) and that has a Personal Exercise Plan (very easy and you don't have to get cold or join a gym)!.

doing a step routine on the bottom of the stairs is much more fun!!! get some music on!.!.!. and just use the bottom step, do that for half an hour a few times a week! oh and don't forget to close the curtains hehe xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

go to walmart and get the excersize band!. its really cheap and you can use it along with any other exercize you do around the house!. good luck on the pregnancyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would calculate it by time rather than laps!. Go for 20 - 30 mins 3 - 4 times a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it would but its quite dangerous !. try doing some basic excercises like situps or lunges or!. u could just put on a jactet and go 4 a runWww@Answer-Health@Com
