How to get the best out of gym?!


Question: How to get the best out of gym!?
Can anyone offer tips!? Should I eat before work out, or after!? I'm looking to LOSE weight!. How much cardio should I aim for!? Should I lift weights!? How often!?
Anything like that I'm wondering!. Or if there is a website out there that I can educate myself on how best to use the gym!. I would get a personal trainer however right now i'm not working so i dont want to spend the extra cash!.

Eat a small snack about a half hour before you go to the gym!.!. I like whole grain crackers!.!. and drink lots of water throughout the day so you can sweat!.!. Do cardio for at least 30 minutes, but be sure to warm up, cool down, and stretch!. As far as weights go!.!. focus on either arms one day, and legs the next day!.!. you've got to give muscles a break!. Also, make sure you change up your workout everyday!.!. if you do the same thing, you'll never see results!. You've got to keep your muscles guessing!. Good luck!

Oh, and running on a treadmill, and outside on the pavement are TOTALLY different! So, try running outdoors!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat before!. You'll get cramps!. I do 60 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and 30 minutes of weight training 3 times a week!. I've lost 40 pounds in 3 months!. My weight training is Pilates, and my cardio is jogging and rebounding (mini trampoline, so fun!)!. And i also went vegan!. But that was a little drastic!.

eat before not necissarily after, cardio is good for losing weight, lifting is building muscle and that is gaining weight, but good weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

eat somthing small before then cardio is great!. also try to eat some negative calorie foodsWww@Answer-Health@Com
