Why when your in your young teens, it is hard to put on weight, and hard to loos!


Question: Why when your in your young teens, it is hard to put on weight, and hard to loose weight!?
This confuses me!. Because i am apparently skinny!. I used to think it was chubby, and so i would only eat breakfast lunch and dinner!. It never actually lost me any weight, it just made me faint!.
so now i just can't be bothered, and i eat still less than recommended!.
But sometimes on one of those days, when i eat a lot, i never put on weight!. Some of my other friends, who are stick thin, eat SOO much though!. They drink fizzy drinks, fatty foods and everything needed for a daily amount of food in one six-hour day of school, and yet they never get fat!.
I'm pretty sure once they go into late teens and continue eating like this they will grow fatter!.

Do you think my question (and stories) is/are true or false and why!?

very true!.
they have a fast metabolism now, but it will slow down and they will deffinatly get fatter by their late teens, if they continue to eat that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the government found out when they had some pow's and they were tying to put some weight on them, they found out that if you skip meals, you gain weight faster!. if you eat constantly 3 meals a day, you could still gain weight, just maybe not as fast!. plus some kids just have a hight metabolism than others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
