Question: Pls help me reduce wt!?
i am 5 feet 1 inch and weigh 55 kg!. recently iv put on wt around my tummy and arms and all my trousers have gone tight!. i am really worried and desperately wanna come back to 50 kg wt!. what should i do to reduce wt!. also when i have pangs of hunger i feel like really binjing into food untill i feel full!. pls suggest somethn natural for me to loose wt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no quick and easy way!. If there was, everybody would know about it and use it, and the inventor would be rich!.

Avoid fasts, fad diets, crash diets, diet pills, internet bargains and the like!. They won't help you, and could very well hurt you!.

Weight loss is achieved when you burn more calories than you consume!.!.!. so if you eat less and sit around, you won't lose weight!.

You need a combination of healthy diet and reasonable exercise to stay in shape!.

And there's no such thing as "permanently" You can always gain weight back by tilting the equation the other way!. If you want to keep weight off, you need to keep eating healthy and exercising!.

High protein, low fat, minimal good carbohydrates, and sugar-free liquids to keep you from getting dehydrated!.

A lot of us are out there watching what we eat and exercising, but still not making a dent in our bellies and body weight!. There are a few things we are probably not doing, or doing too much of, that would mean major improvements in our health!.

Get more sleep!. After a very short period of time (about 6 nights), studies show that your glucose levels can rise if you get only 4 to 7 hours of sleep each night!. New parents are excluded, but everyone else should try to hit the 8 hour mark as often as you can and get to bed BEFORE midnight!. Get to know your kitchen!. I realize it takes more work, but the simple truth is we eat out or order in too often!. There is a greater opportunity to control what is in your food if you cook it yourself!.

Slow down!. When you do sit down to a meal, don't wolf it down!. Our culture encourages eating while driving or sitting at our desks!. The only time we seem to sit down and enjoy our food is at Thanksgiving!. The monks chew each bite of food 100 times (which is excessive), but they also eat only until they are full!. They recognize that chewing their food more makes it easier for the body to digest!.

Breathe!. There are so many days that I don't breathe deeply!. In the morning, mid-afternoon, and at the end of the day take a 10 conscious, belly-deep breaths!. Close your eyes, pull that air deep into your stomach via your nose and let all the junk out through your mouth!. Whether its a stressful day, or you just want to start and end your day on the right foot, breathing is important!.

Don't starve yourself!. Oddly enough some of you may not be eating enough, and the lack of calories is putting your body into save mode!. Our bodies are so brilliant, and if they aren't getting enough food, your metabolism will tell your body to store each and every calorie it receives or to make energy from whatever muscle tissue you have!. Not good!. Oh and by the way, don't skip breakfast!. People who skip breakfast are over 4 times more likely to be overweight!.

Do more than exercise!. Even if you are working out, you can't eat and drink whatever you want!. It really is a three sided puzzle: balancing exercise, food, and (oh yes) the spirit (which stress and happiness play into)!.

I don't know measurementes in kg, but I do know how to help you lose weight!. Since hunger pangs are your main concern you can try one of two things, try eating healthy foods small amounts 6 times a day, three hours in between that add up to 1300 to 1600 calories depending on your activity level!. If you try that and it still makes you hungry then try this, eat as much as you want until you're full and then don't eat again until you're hungry once in the morning/afternoon and dinner time!. For beginning dieters this might work!. Also I think the reason you might be hungry might be that you're eating too little too soon, you have to let your body adjust little by little!. Count what you normally eat calorie wise one day and then deduct 500 calories from that and you'll lose 1 to 2 pounds a week!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best trick that i had was to written down everything that i eat!.!.

Keep a journal for some time!. Write down portion size, meal composition, type of oil / grease use

Soon you gonna have to face the dilemma, if i eat that, i will have to written it down!. You will see also where you may gain weight!.

This surplus of weight did not come instantly!. Don't expect the reverse to be!.

Exercise!. Start by walking around the block, take stairs instead escalator, walk to the store etc!.

On that, i'm leaving to the gym!. me to i have an over weight that i'm trying to cut

Eat low calorie food to meet your hunger like Radish, Carrot & cucumbers mixed with lemon juice, fresh fruits like Apple, Oranges, Papaya etc!. Take 3-4 times daily 2-3 spoonful of Glucose powder stirred in a glass of water, which will remove pangs of hunger!. Take grains diet -only one time!. Do Jumping exercise by putting warm clothes!. hi, well i am not sure exactly how much weight is it that you are looking at loosing, but i can tell some thing that i did, that worked fantastic in my quest to loosing weight, i was a 115 + kgs when i started of with the X-MELT program with Xattack!., i am in my 55 th day of the program and i weigh under 97 kgs, as far as i remember i have not weight under a 100 kgs for a long long time now!.

its very funny!. Your avatar, initials and stats are exactly like mine! I have also gone up 5 kilos after I had a baby and before that quit smoking!. The older I get it seems harder to loose!.
Drink alot of water and eat things in moderation!. Dont starve yourself!. Eat 6 mini meals a day!. Dont starve all day it will make you binge later!. Plan out your meals so you arent left eating while deciding!.!.
Try moving more, like walking or excersise!. If there is no cause for you gaining weight maybe you shoudl get a physical to rule out thyroid or something!.

I have the same problem when I try to diet!. I cant get passed the hunger pain and I go pig out! But, I did just find something that is safe and it works!. Don't eat oily foods and non-veg!.
Avoid rice and at night take you dinner in less quantity!.
Within a month you will reduce your weight!.
