Question: How to get thinner thighs and hips!? !?
Is there any exercises and how many should i do it and how much time will it take me to get thinner thighs!? I am 13 year old!.!. 130 pounds!.!. that almost overweight!!! and yea!.!.can someone please help me!? I want to get thinner thighs fast!.!.FYI, i dont have any gym equipment at home!.!. so!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, it depends a lot on your body-type!. If you are pear shaped (put on weight easily on hips and thighs) then its usually VERY hard to get rid of it!. Most of it all boils down to genetics, but you can always go out for brisk walks and start biking to school to tone up :)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are some exercises that you can do!.You should probably do 20 different exercise stuff almost every other day of the week [Monday,Wednesday,Friday,etc]!.Get a workout video for hips,buns,and thighs!.You will probably lose weight like in a month or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why would you want to!?!.!.i used to be in the same position as you i wanted smaller thighs and hips but now i personally think that big hips/thighs is veryyy attractive, so do alot of guys i know!.!.ALOT!.!.if i were you i would learn to embrace them and you'll be much happier :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
