Question: Whats a diet that will help me tone faster and stay full longer!?
right now i eat 1/2 cup of whole rolled oats oatmeal with plain Cinnamonn because it increases metabolism/ 2 spoons of peanut butter and then a fruit with a power bar like 2 hours later and then aproteinn shake 2 hours later with maybe a salad and then even later when i get home from school i have some light yogurt and then probablly peanut butter!. i drink sugar free red bull and low carb monster a lot!. occasionally eatsweetheartss, (they are nothing but dextrose any ways) and all i drink besides that is water and milk!. what are some foods that will aid ingettingg toned and is there anything i need to stop eating keep in mind imtryingg to get a little more muscle!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ignore all the advice about not eating peanut butter!. Those folks are misinformed!. Nuts are good for you and peanut butter is pretty decent as well (as long as you don't over do it)!. I agree that the energy drinks probably need to go (at least limit them)!. Also add chicken/fish for your evening meal!. Other than that, what you're doing now is pretty good (so long as you are doing both resistance and cardio exercising)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get your fiber in!. I would recommend balance bars because it sounds like you like to eat and they are soooo good!. Also, drink a lot of water and lose the peanut butter; make sure your milk is 2% if you want to live lol :P!. Plus, the milk will help you get that definition as opposed to fatty whole milk!. Drink a lot of water, eat fruit and vegetables, especially tomatoes!.

Run in the morning for an hour outside, the first 10 minutes removes calories!. The rest of the 60 minutes (50) will remove pure body fat!. You can also do push ups, and sit ups, at least 50 each!. Also crunches :)

hard to tell if you're a bo or a girl, but skip the power bar and the fruit for now!. focus on getting 6-10 oz of lean protein, tons of leafy greens (lightly dressed: vinegar, water, herbs, salt, pepper) and 8 - 10 glasses of water and unsweetened green and herb teas a day!.

the oatmeal, yes!. skip the peanut butter!. beware of caffine in energy drinks that will make your stomach acid and fake you into eating!.

be sure to get about 1000 calories a day from low-carb, low-fat foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your trying to gain muscle you need to eat more calories than you used to!. This doesnt mean junk calories, it needs to be full of clean meats, chicken breast is one of the best meats as it has many effects!.
Also take your protein shake after or during your workouts!.
Toning you need to use a lighter weight and more reps
Building muscle is less reps more weight

Eat more fruits and vegetables like strawberries,blueberries!.And vegetables like broccoli,corn!.You need to stop eating peanut butter!.Remember it can still keep up your cholesterol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots and lots of fiber!. Rich foods!. Eat healthy each time or at least try!. And foods can't tone you, you actually have to exercise for that!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise!!! thats all you need!. And to stay full you can eat a yummy peanut butter sandwhich, THey have alot of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
