Fatty mc fatty????????!

Question: Fatty mc fatty!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
When you count the fat in the nutritional value lable, are you supposed to count the percentage or the grams of fat!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You should count the grams of fat, and also the Trans fat!. I don't know the exact rules, but anything that has anywhere near 40+ grams of fat is not really good for you, but it's hard to ead a "no fat" diet!.!.!.!.!.!.almost everything has SOME fat, but try to count grams, saturated fat and Trans fat!.

Some fat is good for you! Just not a million grams per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well heres what each is!.

the percentage is on a daily value (to a 2000 calorie diet) this means this is how much percent from a 100% you should take in per day!. but the thing is if its high in the percentage and you know your not going to eat enoigh fat to make that high percentage cross 100% its still bad becasue in sence you shouldnt eat something with to much fat and one time!.

the gram is also important to watch(though i dont think fat has grams) but anyways the reason its impotant is becasue in some nutrients like protien they may/may not have a percentage so many people calculate by grams of protien!. so in sence they work together(percent n grams) Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been dieting all my life and the only thing that has worked for me is to focus on calories above everything else!. that doesn't mean it is ok to eat a lot of saturated fat but it works better to choose low calorie foods which will usually be low enough in fat anyway!. Go to one of the daily calorie calculators online and see how much you burn each day at your activity level and then subtract a reasonable amount from that and you will lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Neither!.!.!.Look at the total calories!.!.!.the look at the Calories from Fat!.!.!.Divide the two to give you a percentage of Calories from fat vs!. total calories!.!.!.anything over 20 - 25 % calories from fat is not good for you!.!.!.Except: from Nuts!.!.!.olive oil!.!.!.etc!.!.!.!.Avoid animal fat products!.!.!.Fatty Meat, bacon, whole milk, cheese are the worst!.!.!.Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

the grams of fat!. but FAT don't make you FAT!.

excess calories make us FAT!.

non exercise make us FAT!.

insulin makes us FAT

eating carbs at night makes us FAT

but not fat!. fat is actually needed to burn fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always use the percentage of fat!. Its easier to say "this has 3% of my fat that i need in one day" than however many grams since they are relevant to how many you need in a day!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

grams of fat!. The percentage is based on a 2000 calorie diet, and only tells you what percentage of your whole days worth of fat that is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The grams of fat is what counts in the portion you eat!. Try to eat things with 5 grams of fat or less!.

Try a sensible weight loss program like I did!. It works :)

The grams would be easier!.

BTW, don't get fooled by the serving size game!. Some packages use the fat content per a ridiculously small serving, just to trick you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
