Have you tried exercising without the gym!. There are tons of ways to do it for free!. Supplements only work if you drink water!. Supplements are not even good for you!. The best way is to eat healthy on your own!. Stop eating after 7pm to give your body time to digest your food or you will be storing fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem now and want to lose 25 pounds before Christmas so I started taking Reductil 15 mg!. Which is one every morning but in the USA you need a Dr!.s prescription and have your BP checked frequently!. I have been on them for 1 week and lost 4 pounds so far!. I also go to the gym (Curves) for 1 hour every day and eat healty low fat meals!.!.!.Bill Philips Diet plan!. I do not agree with diet pills but just wanted to use this to help jump start my diet which has worked out great for me so far!.
