I'm really confused and nervous about weight loss?!


Question: I'm really confused and nervous about weight loss!?
I'm 14, 5'2 and around 150 pounds!. I want to get thin, ultimately!.!.!.but for right now my goal is 130!. If I set a goal that's too hard and seems impossible I get discouraged!. Anyway, 130 is in the healthy weight range for my height!. What I'm confused about is counting everything and keeping track and all that jazz!. Here's what I'm planning to do:
Exercise for 30 minutes 3X a week at gym with my mom, my support partner :)
Go on treadmill on days when I don't go to the gym for 30 minutes- jogging
Take my 3 dogs for brisk walks with my mom
Maybe have some fun with exercise videos
Go on the treadmill on days when I don't go to the gym for 30 minutes, jogging!. And I'm going to eat healthy!. Like, lots of water, 3 meals a day!.!.!.bring my lunch: whole wheat bread, no mayo, etc!. Fruits and veggies for snacks, no candy (Halloween!.!.!.)!.
HOWEVER, when Thanksgiving rolls around I'm going to eat!.!.!.is that ok!? Christmas too!. I don't eat a ton anyway, but I'm just throwing that out there!. Ultimately I see myself healthier and better 40 lbs lighter!.!.!.at like 110 lbs!. But that'll take awhile!. Will this work!? I'm not going to obsess and count calories, as long as I eat 3 good portioned meals a day and a healthy snack of fruits/veggies, I'll be fine, right!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't be nervous!. You sound like you're doing great! I wouldn't recommend getting down to 110!.!.!.that seems really drastic!. But you sound like you have a healthy plan, and you're not going to let it get out of control!. Plus, your mom's there with you, so you don't have to worry about becoming a secret anorexic!.
