How to get rid of really bad cravings?!


Question: How to get rid of really bad cravings!?
I'm making an attempt to remove all sugary food from my diet, but there are endless temptations in my house!. Though I'm trying to be healthier, it doesn't necessarily mean that my family is, unfortunately!.

How can I refuse the junk food!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldn't remove all the sugar form your diet!.
It is good to cut down on processed fat and sugar but to keep the good sugars and proteins!.
Eat fruits :
- all berries
- green apples
- grapefruits
- pineapple
- pears

Vegg:
- avocado
- leek
- cabbage
- onion
- broccoli
- courgette
- egg plant

pretty much all apart form carrot and potato

you can eat slices of brown bread, lean meat, all cheeses etc!.

To stop cravings drink water or even better HOT WATER with Lemon and Ginger slices!. It helps your digestion, makes your immune system stronger and fills you up a bit!.

Snack on apples and berries!.

Also if you exercise a bit it makes you less hungry for bad food!. Try squash twice a week or swimming!.

Porridge in the morning with honey keeps you full and really healthy!. Cook it with half water half semi-skimmed milk!. Add honey 4 the taste!.

Replace sweets with something you really enjoy!. I use strawberries sprinkled with some powdered sugar!. Its a sweet treat that feels very indulgent but is healthy! Snack on dried fruit, craisins are my favorite, and keep a few hershey kisses in your room for those days you just have to have chocolate! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Subsitute!

Fish oil!.
Water!.
Healthier snacks!.

Or!.!.!. why not just try eating a small amount of dark chocolate a day!.!.!. it's not going to make you unhealthy!.!.!. in fact it's actually good for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would drink plenty of water it keeps your stomach quite full!. Also try fruits and mix it up some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
