Rose petals are fine for cooking, but nothing but roses is a FAD DIET!. They don't freaking work, when will people learn that they're fat@sses because they jump on stupid fads then balloon up bigger!. To lose weight, CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE! Eat LESS!. Exercise MORE!. That's the ONLY WAY!. Even if a fad diet helps you lose some weight, the body changes internally and as soon as you finish the diet, it stores everything it gets instead of burning off excess, so you gain more than you had and it's harder to lose!. That's why people who do fad diets lose a little, then a few weeks later gain more then they had, and each diet they do they lose less at first then gain even more and more and more!. Eventually nothing you do will work except a super strict diet and an intense routine!. If you just change your lifestyle to eat right and exercise in the first place, you'll lose weight and keep it off without depriving yourself!. Stop looking for an easy way!.
