Question: Do you think that its possible!?
Do you think its possible for me to get a really hot body by June/July 09!? I am very overweight!. I am 23 yrs old 5'1 and 150 lbs!. I want to be like 110 lbs!. So thats a 40 lbs weight loss!. Well, really I dont care about how much I will weigh, I just want to look really good!. Ihavent had a nice beach body since I had a kid in '04? Do you think it can happen!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats like 8 months which is around 32 some what weeks
its health to lose about 2lbs a week!.!.

You are really pretty and I think its very possible if you stay disciplined!. Exercise in the morning before you eat because that's when your body is running on no fuel source so you will burn fat!. Replace high sugar drinks with water and just watch your portions!. You won't even need any diet pills, good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

TOTALLY! Just stick to a healthy diet !.!.!. not a crash diet and stick to a work out routine!. It will happen if you do those things!. If you just go jogging for like 30 minutes a day you will start to see results pretty quickly!. Healthy eating and exercise are really the only ways to lose weight and keep it off!. Good luck to you! If you actually commit and follow a strict diet and exercise regime then it is definitely possible!. Different things work for different people, but one thing that works for everyone would have to be running!. I lost 30 lbs in a year like this!.

if you really wanted to but you would have to work hard!.
plan a healthy calorire controlled diet
and plan a regime of exercises to do everyday
you are not fat for your age !.
i would be happy to weigh that at that age

Yes eat a lot of veggies, and fruits!. eat things in smaller portions drink water not soda or juices!.!. & exercise! it worked for me i lose 10lbs in a monthWww@Answer-Health@Com
