Answers:
Your BMI is 24!.6!.

This is what the BMI means!.
Underweight: below 18!.5
Normal: 18!.5 to 24!.9 -------this is where you are at right now
Overweight: 25 to 29!.9
Obese: 30 to 39!.9
Extremely obese: 40 and above

So, you are doing ok!. But be careful of what you eat because you are very close to the next level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not overweight!.Check your BMI (body mass index) here http://www!.weight-loss-surgery-or-weight!.!.!.

Your BMI is what doctors use to determine if you are underweight, normal weight, or overweight!.

Your BMI is about 25!.3 which is just about in the normal range!. Normal is anywhere from 18!.5 to 24!.9!. And if you are athletic, then you have more muscle mass!. And muscle weighs more than fat, so that may be why your BMI is higher than you want!.

Hope this helps!.

Please don't go by what normal in Height to Weight Ratio Chart! What you should do is ask yourself this question:

I do feel fat!? if you do, then its not normal
If you you don't then its normal!

Dont let this world dictate who you are! be yourself!.!.

Depends how muscular she is!. As long as the body fat percentage does not exceed 30% then it's not medically overweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate these questions!. If you think your fat then go loose weight,
If you dont then dont!.
Who cares what people think!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
