Is it harmful to exercise every day!? How many days rest (per week) should you give your body!? Does this apply even if you don't get sore anymore!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can do cardio everyday, for weights i would rest one day between muscle groups!. however, only your body knows when too much is too much!. if your body tells you that you are tired, take a rest day!. it won't hurt you!. it will probably be better in the long run do that you don't develop problems from exhaustion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
