Question: How did this happen!?!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I was a size 12 for a while, pretty much ever since I had my son about 2 yrs ago!.!.!.anyways!.!.!.!.they have been getting loose since I started dieting/exercising and this morning I tried on a pair of my old size 9 jeans and they fit! I was so excited but then when I weighed myself, I still weighed the same!. How Is it possible to not lose any lbs but still lose sizes!? They are the same brand of jeans I always wear?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle weighs more than fat for volume !.

As people get healthier , they shed fat volume and pick up muscle !.
Which is why it is a totally lame idea to obsess over the numbers on the scale !.

While your losing weight, your gaining muscle and muscle weighs more then fat!. It may take longer to lose weight but you are slimming up and that's a good thing!. I wouldn't be worried about it just continue doing what your doing and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle weighs more than fat!. So you may be loosing fat but gaining muscle!. That's about the only thing I can come up with!. Either that or you may be carrying your weight in a different place than you used to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can lose inches but gain muscle which weighs more so it would even its self out and you would stay around the same weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle mass weighs more than fatty mass!. so you can be quite a bit smaller and still weigh the same if you are muscular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
