i got my periods last month and want to ask whether my height will grow after it or not and plz give some tips to increase height

wow ure tall im so jealous!.!.swimming is the most effective way for increasing height!. ull see the changes very fast!. but if you dont have time, skipping is a good way too!. but not as good as swimming,also basketball,running too,but not that effective!. id say swimming Www@Answer-Health@Com
