Question: How to cut out sugar while still eating healthy!?
I want to start cutting back on sugar, because I know the adverse effects it can have on health!. I do plan on cutting back sweets, but I'm confused about how to get rid of sugar while still eating right!. Fruits are high in sugar, and whole grain carbohydrates are converted to sugar in the body!. How can I get essential nutrients while still cutting out sugar!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot cut our sugar completely for the reasons you have noted--carbohydrates convert to sugar in the body!. But not all sugars are the same!. Complex carbohydrates (whole grains) convert to sugar at a very slow rate!. So they do not cause spikes in your blood sugar which can lead to swings in appetite and overeating!. You can still have fruit and whole grains!. Just eat them in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe in a balance diet, too much of anything is not good for you!.
