Usually it is the skin of the apples that is high in fiber and bloats but if you are sensitive then even applesauce will bloat you!. I love apples but cannot tolerate them for the same reason!. Not even the juice!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
It all depends if you make them or buy them because if you buy them at the store you gotta see what brand you buy because they contains ingredients such as cinnamon or lots of sugar but i you make it you can put your own ingredient as you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i love applesauce, but when i eat an actual apple i kinda feel bloated!. when applesauce it doesn't happen to me though!. im eating the small containers, you may just be eating to much Www@Answer-Health@Com
Applesauce might do that but it sure is healthy!. It depends on how much apple sauce you eat i think!. Its easier to eat applesauce than apples so maybe your just eating too much sauce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
