"Dieting" food help! please help!?!


Question: "Dieting" food help! please help!!?
Ok i am active and lift everyday but its extremely hard to eat even arround 2000 cals or even 1500 UNLESS i drink water instead of milk and eat lots of heavy but low cal foods

such as for breakfast a peice of salmon and 2 peice of tilapia which is only 300 cal but if i were to eat say cereal, or pancakes to get that same weight of food and get full i would have to nearly 1000 calories!.

anything else i can do!? if i didnt care i could easily take in 3-4 cals a day but i dont think thats healthy!.!.!. any suggestions!? thanks!

ex today i decided to have one day were i eat whatever but just enuf to be full not stuffed

i easily put down 9 pancakes , syryp, milk and some hash which is prolly arrund 1300 cals but i was still hungry n i stopped eating!. lunch was a sub , pretezals and an apple which is arround 700 so right there is 2k cals! i can reach my 1500 goal a day unless i eat pretty much all fish, and veggies n fruit, carbs have to much cal, and im still hungry after every meal, 2k cals would leave me satisfied but i cant eat fish everyday,

thanks what can i do to get full

no diet foods needed!.!.!.just reduce the size of you meals!.!.!.instead of nine pancakes try six!.!.!.just reduce everything little by little!.!.!.even if its just saving the two last bites on the sandwich!.!.!.i ballooned up to 265 late spring!.!.!.I'm down to 250,no drastic caloric reduction!.!.!. I just eat smaller portions and more often!.!.!.I make sure I leave something on my plate--and asking for a doggy bag when I'm eating out also helps!.!.!.and try whole wheat-buckwheat-pancakes instead of anything instant!.!.!.they will fill u up for hours!
