What are some good Pre-game meals?!


Question: What are some good Pre-game meals!?
I have a soccer game tomorrow and Im wondering what some good breakfasts/last night meals are!. I already know about eating pasta and drinking water, so what else should I eat to keep me up and running for the game!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not just any pasta will do!. Rice pasta or whole wheat pasta is best!. Oatmeal, whole grain breads, chicken, fish, steaks, etc are also good!. As far as fluids go, water is fine, but really your consumption of water should always be high, and if your consumption already is, the last thing you want to do is jam more of it down your throat!. I recommend Pedialike, it is basically a drink for toddlers with diarhea!. It contains way more electrolytes then gatoraide though, it's what the pro's and elite athletes use prior to competition!. Drink a third of it before the game, a third at halftime, and a third after!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be honest anything, but flat out pure sweets, and soda!. I mean a desert with the pre-game meal is good, but anything that over powers the rest is unecessary!. Pre-game meals honestly just need to be filling but not so much stuffing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Peanut butter is a really good source of energy before a game!. Maybe try something like a protien bar or something of that sort!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
