if you made your own sandwich on wheat bread it would be healthier and more substantial!. this meal would leav me hungry!. but no, you won't gain weight from this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

those uncrustbles are only 300 calories and i think you should drink all of your milk its good calcium and milk doesnt make you gain wieght especially when your young a meal or someone who is trying to loose weight is 500 calories a meal and this meal is under that so no i dont think you'll gain wieght from this but again its a small meal so finish ur milk pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

sounds almost perfect!. if you made your own sandwich using whole wheat bread and got fat free milk !.!.!.that would be better!.!. skim milk has more calcium than whole milk!.!.!.not a lot more but when they remove the fat their is more room for it!. i had to add that because of the guy that wanted you to drink full fat milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
